Tuesday Tea Party - Pool Party!!!

Wow, the last week has flown by!
Its still so incredibly hot here in sunny Queensland, so Patsy has decided we'll have a pool party this week!!

Sorry, she can't wait for the guests to arrive ..... she's already lazing on the surfboard!

No hot foods today - we are having cheese and fruits!

We've spent hours preparing fruit sculptures for you!

Firstly, here's the 'bug'!

The Melon Rabbit!

The birds!

The birds in a cage!

The watermelon swan!

I must say, Patsy is very skilled with the paring knife!!! The sculptures are amazing!

Thanks for dropping in. I hope you stayed long enough for a dip in the pool!

Visit Plumed pen to see who else is participating this week!

Bonjour Karen! Love the fruit sculptures - Patsy did an incredible job. She obviously needed a rest in the pool. Enjoy the sunshine, Paris has turned rather cold this weekend- Brrr! I wa raised in FLorida, U.S. so I'm used to a warm Christmas!

Your pool looks cool and relaxing. Alas Wellington is nowhere near sweltering yet, but mum says a cool swim would still be nice.

We love the fruit sculptures, especially the bird.

Those are some amazing sculptures! That's not a party... that's a major event!

And Patsy sure looks chilled out on the pool. I think I'd be freaking out cos I don't even like the shower!

My word, some of those sculptures are absolutely amazing (and adorable! who doesn't love a melon bunny? :D). It's freezing cold here and I would love to jet off around the world and come to your wonderful party, thank you (both)!!!

Hy there!
Thanks for commenting on my blog!

I also like yours, the food arrangements are wonderful!

Anyway I am shocked on the weather you have there. It's snowing here where I am, in Romania, we have a yellow code for snow!

Great pics of the doggy!

kiss!

Nice sculptures. I wonder if one will sacrifice the lovely sculptures and gulp them down the throat.

Oh to be able to have a pool party like that is a dream for me right now. Here in the states were I live, it's a frigid 4 degrees outside with lots of fresh white snow covering the ground. Just seeing your pictures today has warmed me up and already has me dreaming of summertime. The food looks scrumptious as well. Too pretty even to eat. Thanks for bringing a little summer into my winter. Have a great week!!
